CLEARLY IN LOVE

Here is, yet again, another one of my clear love affairs. This time, the plexi-craft Z chair has got my heart racing. Full of style and surprising comfort don't dare knock it until you sit in it this terrific translucent chair is sure to win you over. Pair it with a more traditional table and end chairs as shown here you get a look that covers both ends of the map. The lighting fixture in this room is definitely wrong, doesn't hold it's own in the room and it's not my taste, but otherwise this room is oozing with posh elements. Is it hard to see why I'm clearly in love??

CLEARLY IN LOVE

My love affair for the day - the Plexi-craft Greek Key Scroll Table. Clearly I cannot help myself and I'm madly in love. Who's with me?? This table, which has been featured in Elle Decor and celebrity pads, is growing in fame like all lucite furniture in the past 5-10 years. The unique thing about lucite furniture is it's ability to be aesthetically weightless. A smart choice for a small space or any space in need of furniture but no additional visual weight. Who better to take cues from then Kelly Wearstler and Melissa Warner? Their designs are incredible and that is no argument. Sometime in the near future a set of hooded beauties [like above] will be sitting in my home. The spot they will take over and the color they will be is undecided but they will be residing in my home. Until then, I will bask in the inspiration from looking at these photos. Love to all of you on this first Monday in November, which.. how did that happen?? Where did the beginning of fall go anyway? I can't believe it- I just got used to writing 2011 and here we are approaching the holidays and a new year again! Oh well, bring on the festivities and holiday parties :)

I love a small space packed with big style, all of the above are a great example of that. It's important that even the smallest nook of a room should hold it's own.
