Hawaiian property in general is known to be through the roof but with a perfect climate year round, a beachfront city exuding plentiful diversity & excitement, and some of the world's most fabulous surfing, snorkeling, diving, hiking {and any other outdoor activity you can think of} what else would you expect? Land and location in Hawaii are $$$$$$ like you wouldn't believe. Some of the priciest places to reside will be found in exclusive high rise condos in downtown Honolulu, hidden mansions surrounded by the rainforest in the hills overlooking the city, and in the east side island city of Kailua. Winning numerous awards year after year for "World's most beautiful beach" Kailua's exorbitant and ever growing real estate market is only getting stronger. Only 15 minutes across the mountains to the bustling Honolulu, Kailua has a quaint, quiet, and calming Hawaiian welcome to it that draws tourist to visit and makes them never ever want to leave.
