ROOM OF THE DAY: POSH PURPLE


 Who knew purple could be so posh?? I have to admit I've never been a purple girl, but I came across this room and was pleasantly surprised. By using the softer hues of purple for upholstery and brighter hues as accents this space successfully distributes color. Application of color is everything in design. If you love a specific color, how it's incorporated in your space is key. Careful and strategic consideration were put into pulling purple in this room. It's an art to use color in a balanced and harmonious way instead of a loud, overbearing way. Color can be a beautiful thing and a horrible thing depending on how it's used. Color your day beautiful today!
